PARAMORE BBC INTERVIEW 6th of February 2008

The BBC have published an interesting interview with US pop-rock band Paramore’s lead guitarist / songwriter Josh Farro on their News site.
They revealed that their favourite bands are Jimmy Eat World, the Foos and, in a comment that was no doubt sparked simply to keep the British fans keen, they “love Muse”.
Their favourite shop is apparently Topman. Bizarre, no? I mean I like Topman as much as the next guy, but leaders in youth fashion fit for the Grammys they are not.
They are also doing a typical Fueled By Ramen stunt in that they are releasing another single they’ve already released before in the form of Misery Business.
Q: How important is your faith to your music?
Our faith is very important to us. It’s obviously going to come out in our music because if someone believes something then their worldview is going to come out in anything they do. But we’re not out here to preach to kids, we’re out here because we love music. We do believe that God has blessed us with an opportunity to be in a band and tour the world and we’re going to use this gift to the full potential.
